Flows you run now
Tick the ones you already run. Add what a flow makes now and we count only the gap to a well-built version. Leave the rest for us to build.

What your flow build includes
How this is calculated
- Flows. Each flow is sized off Klaviyo's published revenue per recipient: a welcome flow makes about $2.65 per new subscriber, an abandoned cart about $3.65, and so on down the list. A flow you do not run counts its full benchmark; a flow you run counts only the gap to a well-built version. Flows fire mostly on new people, so your list size does not change the ongoing flow number.
- One-time list blast. When the never-bought, second-order and winback flows first turn on, they email everyone already on your list who qualifies, one time. Kept separate, never shown as if it repeats.
- Broadcasts (monthly service). Klaviyo's data shows campaigns are about half of a store's email revenue, and email is 20 to 40% of total revenue for a well-run brand. So a well-run campaign program is about 10 to 16% of your store revenue. We take the gap between that and what your campaigns make now. Five sends a week is the frequency the largest studies show subscribers tolerate before it backfires.
- We do not count every dollar. Some sales would have happened anyway, so the numbers stay at the conservative end. You pay on the lift measured inside your own Klaviyo against a small holdout group, not on this estimate.
Sources: Klaviyo 2026 benchmarks (campaign revenue per recipient about $0.11, welcome $2.65, abandoned cart $3.65), Klaviyo abandoned cart benchmarks, flows vs campaigns split, Shopify email statistics (email 20 to 40%+ of revenue), Omnisend and the Return Path frequency study (five sends a week).
A planning estimate, not a guarantee. The only number that counts is the lift measured in your own Klaviyo.
